This satay made from minced  chicken meat which is then mixed with grated coconut and complete Balinese spices paste ( base genap ).
STEAMED aromatics spices paste ( base genap ) minced chicken meat and grated coconut mixed then tradisionaly wrapped in banana leaves and slow cooked for hours until the meat incredibly tender and richly flavorful
